I think that I have tweaked or pulled my hamstring whilst training at the gym, what is the best treatment for this as I wish to continue training?

I pulled this muscle once and the pain of it was unbearble, I found these heat patch things in boots that you basically just stick on the affected area and it clears it all up in a few hours, wonderful invention.  Can't remember what it was called though, best just to go in and ask

Rest I am affraid. If it is recent - RICE it = rest, ice, compression, elevation! After a few days or so, if the pain has decreased then you can start doing hot and cold treatment.

As far as training goes the best thing to do would be weight training that won't affect your leg. This will continue your toning/muscle building (whatever you are trying to achieve) plus it help to increase the metabolism. If you leg is a minor tweak, X training would be the best exercise.
