Anyone tried nicotine patches to aid fat loss?

It's about the craziest thing I ever heard,highly addictive,but apparently its happening.!!

I haven't come across this but it wouldn't surprise me !! (Very little does these days,lol). It has probably come about because someone has realised that nicotine is an appetite suppresant but that is outweighed by the adverse effects it has.
