Is there a medical term for the 'top lip' - the fleshy triangle between the bottom of the nose and the horizontal edges of the lip?

That's what I mean, tamborine.
Them Romans must have named everything.
In Scotland we would probably have just called it the 'snottery bit o yer neb'.
plowter, lots of body parts only have everyday names..arm, leg, eyeball, nose and so on. its only really when you get to the muscles and the innards that they have medical names.
Oooo, I like snottery bit o yer neb, plowter. Let's all call it that.

Try...CHEILOS..............;-)
snot bubble collector of balance, seems a bit long.
Snot-shelf?
An operation to repair a hair lip is known as a CHEILOPLASTY....hence.......CHEILOS.

The labium are the actual lips. 'The visible body part at the mouth serving as the opening for food intake and in the articulation of sound and speech.'

I mean the 'fleshy triangle between the bottom of the nose and the horizontal edges of the lip'.

True, there are everyday names and medical names.
The top lip has muscles - the 'need to wiggle them to get a decent shave' muscles.
Can't believe no-one has given them a name.

Is there a National Organisation of Un-named Body Parts I can contact?
or a shave...
pmsl at sqad @ 19.21, that's a proper Consultant, that is...

I vote Selleck though
Chill, I object to the Sellack, I don't have one of those well maybe just a faint one, and I'm not going throught the rest of my life saying I've a spot on my Sellack, please think of something else. ;0)
