The dodgy jaw is cured...it passed through

Now it's gout in the left big toe - came in yesterday and agony.

Went to the doc and on 2x500 Naxopren twice a day and 1xOmeprazole, both with food.

3 questions.

1. Can I up the Naxopren today to a third dose to kick start things?
2. Can I use Ibuprofen alongside to try and whack/lessen the pain
3. Two glasses of wine permitted with dinner?

Many thanks in advance....

I'll leave the rest to Sqad but I wouldn't want to see you miss out on your wine. (A good one I hope!)
