I was a little perturbed about moaning on about the old harpy. I have written to the director, although i didn't stick the boot in too much, i would have that day, we will see what they say.TA!!!

good for you mr.p. If people can't stand deformity, they can't; but they shouldn't get themselves jobs where they have to deal with it. Part of nursing and similar jobs is meant to be therapeutic; how is the patient supposed to mend if medics screw up their faces in horror when they see him? (And how much worse, as other users said, if the patient was a child.)

Hi georgit to explain briefly, mr. p went to hospital for some treatment and the nurse's reaction was a little  erm unprofessional to say the least, he then posted here and we sugested that he make a fromal complaint!!

The reason that i didn't write straight off is that i had to work out how i could definitely say that her actions were offensive to me, she didn't say "you ugly **** " or whatever so it was very difficult to explain, without it seeming that i am oversensitive. But Cheers Folks!!!
