Ok in that instance, if he had pinched my bum I would have warned him off and got a new dance partner. If he had grabbed my breast or put a hand up my skirt, my knee would have jerked upwards and groinwards quickly and sharply (purely reflex you understand) and made contact with his foot on the way down. IF ( big if) in later years I had heard calls for anyone...

D.

D)
Unless he was George Clooney, but then I suppose it'd still be D ;)
E) Squeeze his Merengue...
Is he famous?
A
D) definitely! (What's the lambada?)
You forgot E) Be grateful.
d
If by 'touched you up' you mean he put his hand up my skirt then it would be A.
Just had a look. I'll stick to line dancing.
Maybe Svejk meant a light brush of the neck or lower back... 'up the skirt' is saved for the Argentine Tango?
D for me. Depending who the bloke was!
And if he did it twice, it would be a DJ called D.
I was confused that I only danced with golfers ;)

D here
Define " touched you up " then I will decide.
depends on how "touched up" it was. he'd been publicly arrested, so the person came forward and the charge was added. the CPS are obviously satisfied a criminal offence occurred.
Agree mamya, which level of grope?
I tried to make this point some time ago in respect of famous people being reported for this sort of offence many years after the event.

I am sure there are many women who can say they've been sexually assaulted to some degree in their lifetime. There must be some who have been affected by it for years but it would be pointless them reporting it as they have no clue who the offender was - it was just some bloke in a dark nightclub or some such.

As for the lambada, I remember it being a very up close and personal dance - as a young man I would assume any woman dancing the lambada with me wasn't shy, coy or protective of their modesty or personal space. It's a good thing I have always been a gentleman and can't dance for toffee.
I realise this is in CB and should be treated as banter, but there are so many variables....

Do I know him well? Is he much older than me? Am I a minor ? Has a large quantity of drink been consumed?

Pinch on the bum, grab of the breast or up the skirt?
