Is post menopausal spotting anything to worry about. My last period was about two years ago. Seem to have spent a lot of time at the doctor's surgery lately and don't want to go unnecessarily.

The "rule of thumb" is to go and get it checked if you have been clear of bleeding for a year and you see unexplainable blood.

I had exactly the same. Went to doctors who sent me to hospital. Everything was fine and I haven't had anymore problems since. That's about 7 years ago!
