I have a mouthguard to prevent me grinding my teeth, would like to find a wash solution to keep it clean, does anyone know of a good one and who supplies it.

Many thanks for any responses

If your doctor/dentist hasn't suggested one, maybe a mild salt solution to soak it in might help. just make sure you rinse it properly though.
My dentist convinced me to buy one. Don't use it much though. When I do I simply scrub with the toothbrush after or before use.
You can get Steredent tabs for partial dentures - a soak in a solution should do the trick.
I just use the toothbrush and toothpaste.
What is it made of? I had a soft one and was told only to use toothpaste and a toothbrush on it, also to occasionally dunk it in Corsodyl then rinse it off. I was warned that eventually, as it was soft plastic, it would get to a point where it couldn't be cleaned and i would need a new one.
