have you gone into one of the shops, if you can't get them on the phone, it's a start.
there should be an anything else option on the menu to talk to a real person or you can use livechat. easiest might be to change your phone number though.
sorry that doesn't seem to have worked.
i would try an 02 shop... either that change the number...

i am working 12 hr shifts at min, cant get to shops. need to speak to a real person and it doe not give that option...ive been calling 202 and 100 from my mobile.

thanks
i looked at the website, it's not much help, thought there would at least be an e mail address to contact someone... can you buy a new phone, and have a different number, or change to different provider, orange perhaps

Dial 202 and stay silent do not press any options and it should put you through to an advisor.

The other thing you can do is use their text advisor - when they are open they advise you via their phone message tht you can do it via text - I have used this several times and it is very good.

What kind of phone do you have? If its a mobile there are various blocking options?
Most phones you can block calls. The live chat on O2 is very good, I've used it a few times.
It's best to block the numbers but in the meantime I'd either switch my phone off while at work or answer each call from the offending numbers then hang up so they will probably get fed up of wasting money on calls to you
This is a crime. Whoever is doing this is breaking the law. You should report it to the police and ask for help and advice.
I have a crazy that occasionally calls me. I simply answer and leave the phone off the hook in a room I'm not in for an hour or so. It's a problem when they have an all day spree though, but that hasn't happened for a while now. Ignoring rather than responding to them seems to work best. Mine is from witheld numbers, you ought to be able to block numbers on your phone without having to go the T mobile.

im a 46 yr old man, wont go to police on a woman even though she is crazy. i cannot change my number either. now i know how woman feel when they say they have male stalkers, this woman is sending me very vile abusive filthy absurd messages. complete nutter....i will visit o2 phone shop when i have time. thanks
Why won't you go to the police? It's illegal behaviour.
If you know which numbers she calls you from then just block her on the phone, all modern phones have this facility, and if she's a nutcase go to the police. I did, they weren't interested and were useless, but at least you have the report number if things escalate.
Do you know who it is ?
They deliberately don't put an "anything else" option on the menus as they need to allow folk to serve themselves, since employing service agents is very expensive and will raise prices and make them uncompetitive. Some go too far though and simply annoy those who have a genuine reason to want to talk to someone, but that's because other callers abuse the system and deliberately don't try to serve themselves.
Do you have a smart phone?

Download an app called Mr Number - excellent app you can block individual numbers as not all mobiles have the facility to do that
