if, when your the sole of your foot is itchy and you have tickly soles, how on earth do you get rid of the itch?

I've rubbed on the edge of a step which seems to have helped.

Oh well if it's shoes off, id do as I said, scratch it across the top of the other foot.

Mine get itchy like that when the skin is dry. I just rub loads and loads of e45 cream into them and then put a pair of cotton socks on over night. It works a treat!
