Would you be flattered if a man told you he really fancied you and would like to have some no-strings sex but has no intention of a relationship. If you fancied him, would you go for this arrangement? Would you be able to NOT fall for him, and want more from the relationship?!

If it was George Clooney - yes
Anyone else coming out with that proposition would be told to go forth and multiply
No, I wouldn't be flattered and I wouldn't be interested.
It would make me smile, but I`d probably tell him to bog off.
Yes I am sure most women would love to be told they were fine to have sex with but they were not worth getting to know as a person or forming a long term relationship with.

I am sure that is what most women want to hear....NOT.
if i was desperate for sex , yes. If i wanted a relationship, no.
No not at all.
-Would you be flattered if a man told you he really fancied you and would like to have some no-strings sex but has no intention of a relationship - NO

-If you fancied him, would you go for this arrangement? - NO

-Would you be able to NOT fall for him, and want more from the relationship?! - Probably not so that's why I said no to the other two.

Not flattered and not interested.
Well, that is a chat up line I will not use. Thank you.
No I wouldn't be flattered.
No I would not entertain the thought of entering into this 'arrangement'
Therefore No I would not fall for him or want more.
I forgot to add I look like George Clooney. Almost his complete double you might say.
No and No.
Nothing morre to be said, really.
i look like wayne rooney if that's close enough
Flattered that he said he wanted sex and nothing more from me, definitely not.
I'd tell him to do one - himself.
The lesson here for men is to avoid honesty if you want to get laid.
I would tell them to get lost. It sounds like he is looking for a prostitute but without paying the fee.
I might change my tune if it was Johnny Depp asking...
At the risk of getting shot down, I'm going to give you my honest answer...

I've been in this situation. Back in my early 20s I had a very good male friend who I would occasionally sleep with. Only if we were both single though. We were never boyfriend/girlfriend and were both happy with our little arrangement. (I was anyway and I don't remember him complaining!)

We just kind of stopped at some point. He is now in a very happy relationship, and I have my lovely Mr P. We are still friends, at least on FB as we are at opposite ends of the country now.

I think it can work, but there is a huge danger that one person may develop deeper feelings. I think it worked for me as I was just getting over a relationship and really didn't want another one.
I think the modern term is friends with benefits.
