I'm 22 weeks pregnant and having a tough time with my partner over his daughter-i'm scared that this stress/sadness will be affecting my baby. Things are definitely a struggle right now!

don't worry about stress affecting the baby - but try not to get yourself in too stressed a state. just try to find half an hour to have some quiet time and be stress-free. I'm not really sure exactly how stressed or sad you're feeling, but you should try to avoid very stressful situations really - for your own benefit, and the baby's. Hope things settle down but please don't add to your worry by worrying about the effect your worrying is having (that kind of made sense in my head before I typed it!) xx
Can you run a bath climber-chick and relax for even a little while? Maybe play some relaxing music and have a sing to your baby, just the two of you.

Thank you both, looking forward to some alone time at some point. Will try not to worry but when I have come home from work the last 3 days it has been so bad between us even though we sort it out before bed. Sat here crying as I have said the wrong thing by asking for tomorrow morning to myself
