There is one called 'Stop thinking, Start living'. I think its by Richard Carlson.

The one that helped me TREMENDOUSLY was called "Hope and Help For Your Nerves" by Dr. Claire Weekes.  I really felt that she was talking directly to me!  The only thing is, it was written in the mid-60s and some of her notions are outdated but overall it was EXTREMELY beneficial...good luck! x

I highly reccommend this book.  It is superb.  There is also a charity called NO PANIC that deals with these issues and is very helpful.
