Is anybody out there that when it comes to morning ie 10-11 am you are very sluggish and for an hour or two can't eat breakfast and can't rally round until a few hours - I saw the day -when I rose at 7.30 having my wash the night before and being in work for 8 - what has happened - old age - I hate it cos in my heart I am young - the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak!!!!

If it's any consolation, I've never liked mornings. Even as a child my parents had to pry me out of bed and I've never improved. I have a full day - it's just slightly later than most folk. So it's not necessarily an age thing :)
We are night owls, very rarely inbred before 2.00 am, Wednesday it was 3.30 so consequently we weren't up until 11 ish next morning. Breakfast is brunch about 11-12.
Cara, 'inbred'??????

I am early too this am but will be going back to bed - Caran can I ask what do you be doing until 2 or 3 in the morning
I'm a morning person, it depends on the way you are. Dad used to be up at 530 digging his vegetables before he went to work - as I get older I am far better in the mornings than later. It's a bit of autopilot, but I can be out of the house for work at 7 most mornings, and I'm probably as old as (or older than) some people on here.
interesting revelation there, Sigmund would have a field day with that one.
