Brid for the day yesterday, ten pin this morning, out for a meal this afternoon, then watched the footy .....................now having my cake and eating it.

My kitchen and utility room are nicely spring cleaned :o)

Bathroom and bedrooms turn next weekend :o(

lawn cut, lunch with friends, nap, more lawn cut, roaring fire now and tea....with a slice of coffee and walnut cake.

one good thing, stopped at a cafe, nice coffee, and ate the most amazing slice of Sicilian fresh lemon marscapone made cheesecake, scrumptious doesn't come close.

it wasn't dry here in the capital at times, and it is still very cold.

I've had a busy weekend which has ended very sad.

My closest friend's Mum got "the call" for a liver transplant after 2 years, the op was 12 hours and seemed to have gone well, she went into icu where her condition deteriorated and she sadly passed away late last night. Sadly, it was my friend's birthday yesterday too. :(
