Cant get out of my head Evianbaby's earlier post about what 200 calories looks like. in which case my thoughts of cheese on toast would be horrifically calorific!!

So my heart is saying cheese on toast please! But my brain is saying have a boring cup a soup or a few crispbreads. Which should win..........?

All three would make a nice supper......
200 calories?

That's ... about four Snickers bars?
Cheese on toast, you won't be satisfied til you have it. My mum introduced me to a tub of spreadable Seriously Smooth (I think) cheese the other day, now that's going to be dangerous!
An orange - just had one - yummy :)
Soup with cheese on toast sounds yum. Why not have a small portion of both.

JJ - that isnt even one snickers bar!
Depends on whether you are at a healthy weight and how much you have already had today.

It ought not worry you unduly. So long as you don't often go overboard every day.

Why not have the toast with a limited amount of grated low fat cheese and feel virtuous ?
No?

:0(
Depends on your weight smow. Can your weight take a round of cheese on toast?

I would like to lose a stone, but I have been soooo good this week............... (sigh)
Those slinky size six thighs will thank you for the crisp breads but they'll thank you even more for the cheese on toast!
Well if you have been good all week (ok it's only Tuesday!) then I'm sure a wee bit of toast and cheese won't do much damage. :)

Ohhhhh dilemma, how about if I share the cheese on toast with you lot?? : )
Smow, I would like to gain a stone so pass the cheese on toast.

Seriously, I have trouble eating. I eat very small portions. Very small. I would love to eat Roast beef and Yorkshire Pud or fish and chips but I can't.
Shoota, how does one manage to fit in supper?
Smow, if I wasn't constantly throwing up I would happily take it off you! Just you have it and enjoy it. :) xx

Thats what thinking of Russell Brand does to you....
Shush you! lol x
Daisy - supper just fits in naturally after afternoon tea, tea, and dinner surely?
Breakfast, lunch, dinner. No snacking.
