Hello all.

My wife is desperate to lose weight around her buttocks. She goes running twice a week with additional exercises, but continues to fail in losing the fat content around her backside and the very tops of her legs. Can't afford a gym subscription.

Having two children and in her late 30's she pleased with her shape, other than her backside. Has a good diet.

Any hints and tips on getting rid of it please?

It has all ome off my face and my behind. and left a nice round blobby middle.. yuk. walking and cycling helps witbuttockes. my daughter who is a gym instructor say that if yo want to love your bum get to love your bicycle because that is the best exerciswe for yhat area.
Some of us are blessed with a large posterior, perhaps your wife is one of those.... there's not much we can do about, my mother used to blame "large bones" :-)
You need to keep slapping it for her, work it off.
my mother used to 'walk' on her buttocks, sitting down and legs stretched out and shuffled across the floor.
She gave up after 6 months and accepted her roundness. Curves are good on a woman.
Dress differently.
Fashion is aimed at teenagers - real women aren't that shape.
She sounds lovely.

Thanks for all the positive remarks. I do my bit to help her burn off the calories!!
For staggering amounts of money, you can have specific areas of your body treated with lasers. The result is supposed to be miraculous. Put "laser fat treatment" into your favourite search engine
