RUBBISH E-MAILS MAKE ME ANGRY

I am getting 60+ e-mails every day into my spam folder. It really is getting ridiculous. I know I could stop this by changing my e-mail address but I don't want to do this.

I am sure that companies I have had dealings with must have sold my e-mail address on.

Anyone else bothered in the same way?

Nope. I always use throwaway hotmail/gmail address when signing up for things and only share my proper one among those I trust.
I get loads, I just delete them but I do read the ones 'offering' me money.
I was getting about 400 a day for a while, but it is down to about 70 now. Just ignore them. :-)
No, it doesn't bother me because it goes into my spam folder.

There are many ways of harvesting email addresses apart from companies selling on.
Change your password for logging on.
What will changing the password do?
If by accident DSJ has given his password away online, the spammers won't be able to get access to his account.
I'm getting loads of adverts for Apple computers. I keep adding them to my blocked senders list, but I guess the sender must be constantly changing the address he's sending them from.
I was just thinking.......... no you're right Ummmm. Changing your password stops hackers but no the legitimately sent ones.
*not*
with hotmail i get dozens in the spam folder and delete them manually, but what is annoying is when you delete them all a message comes up from microsoft saying 'yayyyy no spam in here' doh!
