(fictitious) 70 year old stroke lady with one sided weakness and very poor mobility. Trying to think of thing to help her. I have got ...physiotherapy....occupational therapist....and carers in every day to help her with washing and dressing. thanks

refer her to the stroke association -they have clubs, groups community support workers and visitors etc. Help the aged too.

Befriender, help to maintain social life ...
^^^ the stroke association have those
Counsellor ? Psychologist? (to deal with depression after lifestyle changes)
Equipment= walking stick or one of those things you can use for picking up litter and things off the floor
Speech therapist if left sided weakness affects speech
