Hoovered this morning, discovered Maggie had eaten the carpet away in 2 corners of the room, a real heap of pulled, chewed wool. This was from when I let her run loose in the house. She will not have that freedom again.

Sooon!!
When I was about three I managed to show my mother up in front of the whole bus when a lady asked me my name. I replied, "My real name's Michael, but Mammy says I'm a little bugger".

When I was 3ish a man gave me a penny (old one) on the bus, I said to my mother "Here you are Mum, you can put it in the gas meter" She was so embarrassed.
ive been on the phone twice and been cut off
my little buggar had run of the house at times and had chewed thru the phone cable again
I thought that cats were trouble makers - it seems that a hamster is a pretty stressful pet.

I don't like little animals as I would be too frightened that I would squash it.
How will "Hammy" digest this carpet ? I know they store in their cheeks but I bet she has tummy ache all week. Leave her in her cage seems to be the answer. How much longer is her stay with you ?
Wasn't me honest! I was fast asleep all night and can't stand the taste of carpet. Now if you leave a bar of chocolate next time....
Look on the bright side. New carpet from the insurance.

Dee Sa another 2 weeks, I let her run round in her ball now.
Daren't claim on the insurance. Had new carpets almost throughout, twice now due to flooding in the 8.5 years we have lived here. Anyway the holes are in corners behind "things"
when mini~me was young I bought her two gerbils...we used to let them out
nearly every night for a run around. Soon noticed, telephone wires chewed
through, and christmas light wires the same..so they were relegated to the
kitchen for the nightly run.
