I assume this is whats wrong with me and because of my age I know the G.P will just dismiss it as so, hence I refuse to see one.

I've searched online but everything goes on about Hot flushes, night sweats and mood swings, I have none of these.

Can anyone recommend something for the dizziness, tiredness, weakness sore boobs and erratic heart rate and blood pressure, I feel so ill its hard work just to sit here and type this.

These were just funny spells as I call them but now they are here most of the time. Last two periods were both a week late so I guess I'm just a beginner at this menopause lark.

Can you recommend something herbal that you found worked for you.
Thank you..

Dont mess with your health. Go to the GP and tell him the symptoms you do have. There is no point people giving you herbal menopause remedies if this is not the problem.
You need to confirm with your doctor that your hormone levels are declining before starting any supplements really.

Thanks for that mrbummble I'll have a read of that. All Doctors think I'm a Hypochondriac and I hardly ever go ha ha.
smacking the hubby round the head with something large and heavy? Might not relieve the symptoms, but won't half make you feel better.

LOL @ boo
Having two periods that were 1 week late might not signify the menopause, or it may be the very early stages of perimenopause. It took me a few years to go from slightly irregular, to missing 1 period, to missing 3 or 4 and then finally have just this month reached a whole 12 months without one :)
Being period free at age 43 is great!

daffy that's young I'm 50 in a few months.
dont sound like classic menopausal symptoms, you should see gp. good luck
It is quite young I suppose, but as my family is complete I am just happy to not have to cope with PMT, period pain and the cost of sanitary protection any more :)
A blood test should confirm if you are perimenopausal or whatever but those symptoms and 'funny spells' seem familiar to me and in my case they are down to an anxiety problem.

Prudie deffo not anxiety, I know it sounds daft but I have nothing to be worried about.

Thanks anne but I was trying to avoid seeing the G.P's

Thank you all again..
See your GP and insist on a referral to a specialist. In the meantime try checking your height -weight ratio as being overweight adds to the misery. Take an overview of your dietary regime - might be a good time to go for low fat, high fibre, no sugar, lots of leafy vegetables. Check your alcohol intake. For sleeping I found kalms really good, and a good dose of diuretic such as aqua-ban to address the sore boobs.
These symptoms are not due to the menopause..............
