Love you tinks, but always have something wrong with youxx
did you ask the chemist's advice on this, or just ask for drops of your own choice? FI you didn't, he might be able to advise. Not all drops are the same.

(Just don't ask my advice, sights for sore eyes aren't my specialist subject.)

I really do suffer with my eyes Bella!! Theyre always sore at this time
Of year ......

Its always eyes or throat honestly!! Lol im bunged up 365days a year!! X
And you just qualified lol
I know, tinks, I've been sneezing for the last two days. I assumed it was pollen but I looked up the pollen count and it was unusually low.

Jno i knew it was a stye but asked anyhow and she agreed and gave me them- she said nothing is particulary effective. I take strong tablets
At night for allergies so im sure theyre taking a good bit of the itch away but i still feel a bit itchy/sore. Allways a worry with eyes incase something goes wrong x
I am suffering, never have before, its a tree pollen that is causing this
You will just have to stop using eye makeup for a while at least.
Come on tinks you are meant to be a nurse lol

Lol jno iv had the curse that is hayfever from feb- it goes about sept when it replaced by the cold!!!

X
I think you might be suffering from hayfever
tink, throw away your mascara!......if you've had a problem in the past the infection can be in the mascara, and you'll just be re-infecting your eyes!.....

Yeah im positive i have an infection either of a little hair follicle or my lids! Threw my lenses away blabla!

But it should have cleared by its self by now i think even without drops. My eyes are too sensitive for words!! I had 5wks off onve my hayfever was so bad :0( its not hayfever though-my tablets are great x

I have welsh ...ill chuck away the brush from
Last night and remain makeup free!
Im picking up a prescription tomorrow so might just nick into doc and ask x
It looks like you wore eye makeup on ure night
If it is something like Conjuctivitis then you need drops containing Chloramphenicol - I used to be plagued with itwhen I wore contacts.
that's good tink!..wait till the infection has cleared, and then buy a new mascara, never allow anyone to borrow it, that's how infection spreads!....
Question Author
Yeah bella i did- now chucked all makeup away- couldnt go out with none on LOL even with it.

Ive had bad conjunctivitis before mammy it dosent feel as sore/gritty!! I couldnt even look at light when i had that! This is the eyelids so weird!! And im an old hand with hayfever but past two years its been well
Controlled.....strange!!

Im aware i always either have a coldsore/sore throat/ hayfever on here lol but i like to discuss and see what u think and what you suggest! X
Yes, you DO have an infection. Visit the doc. Antibiotic eyedrops are useless for styes. You need ORAL antibiotics, and soon. Augmentin or Amoxycillin - probably two rounds of either - should help. There's an Amoxycillin which comes as a "Duo" product (i.e., combined with another drug), and it's excellent, but I live in Australia and don't know what you have in your country. Do it NOW! Good luck.
This sounds like Blepharitis and I agree with the post of shnovitz (our Aussie friend) and the treatment lies in daily hygiene, as routine as cleaning your teeth......GOOGLE it.

As shnovitz says......antibiotic drops are useless.....use antibiotic cream and hang back on the oral antibiotics for a week or so.
