Cant breathe through either nostril and its kept me awake!!

Ive blew and blew and blew but stuff has stopped coming out and its still soo blocked feeling.... Can feel in my throat too

How can i unblock it cos breathing through my mouth only is horrible and getting sore xx

Hahah no...blocked....then i inhaled the bloody paint so i doubt the paint went up much hahah
