Can you believe it, in this day and age, that the Spanish Prime Minister (Rajoy) has got an expert in to affirm that all gays are mentally ill!! How can he get away with it!!!

Given Spains record on racisim in football i'm not suprised. Any bigotry just seems to be accepted with total indifference.

JJ, the trouble with Spain, is that everyone is an expert, they all have some sort of degree in something or other, even the roadsweepers I would imagine. Gets one down after a while.

There are some countries which you think are quite advanced, and then they show themselves to be really quite primitive by putting whacky crackpots in high office.

Countries like Spain, the United States, etc.
