Finger nails

Is it possible to clean out my nails without having to cut them ? Got some dirt trapped in my nails in the right hand

Yes, use the end of a metal nail file or give them a good scrub after a long soak.

No. I mean, i do cut my nails as everyone else, but my nails are short enough to cut further so I unable to remove the dirt on the end of the nails.

You could dig out the dirt from one fingernail with another fingernail... then dig out that dirt with another finger nail... but then that finger nail would have dirt under it and you'd end up in a never ending nail dirt cleaning vortex...

Oh for heaven's sake cut them and get a nail file to clean them. It's easy enough!

if dirt can get under them, a pin or something similar can; no need to cut.

Long soak in soapy water, and then scrub well with a nail brush!
