The lower half of one of my ears is slightly swollen and very tender, especially inside. I have been told that I probably have a spot in my ear but it's happened a couple of times before, any way of getting rid of it for good?

(sorry that im re-posting the Q, it's just that nobody answered it before!)

mermaid you may have a small blind boil in your ear. Its best to see your GP about this. They're more of a nuisance than anything else.
I tend to get these when I am run down, and in the past, I had to pay a visit to the doctor to get some anitbiotics.  That seemed to sort it out - until the next time I got too run down!  It may be that you, like me, are prone to them.  But I do think your best bet is to see your GP.
