I am suffering from this at the momemt - never had it before and I've got it on my feet, legs. tummy, arm pits and now on my eyelids (which are really sore!) I has been to the Dr this morning and come away with 4 prescriptions!
Please can anyone tell me if this will just disappear as quickly as it came and what could of caused it - perhaps stress?
Thanks :)

i think it's likely to be stress yelenots
I agree with bednobs.
Could be stress yelenots .I've had a very stressful time lately and broke out in it suddenly .Never suffered with eczema in my life !
It was on my legs ,upper arms and round my middle .Doctor gave me antibiotics and various creams ,one to wash with and one to put on as a mousturiser plus Fuciderm .
It's cleared up considerably now though except for one stubborn patch on my leg .
I hope yours go as quickly as it came .
Alternatively you may be allergic to some foodstuffs or washing powder. Have you changed your washing powder recently? Dairy products can be the cause of eczema. Soya products can be a solution there. Have you recently eaten or drunk something you haven't had before?
I had Eczema as a child but eventually grew out of it.

Drink plenty of water and apply a lotion or bath oil (available at Boots or any local pharmacy) over the effected areas after a bath/shower.
Trick is try to keep your skin cool and moist as possible.

Also get a skin test to determine what exactly you're allergic too.
Getting some sun can help. I don't mean to the point of burning though.
