would they might be in growing hairs?
Question Author

i thought about that, will they go away tho?

Sounds nasty and it might hurt but you might try to get the in growing hairs with tweezers.  Sounds like it is in growing hairs and you usually get this if you shave.  They are a ****** and painful and look similar to spots as the hair in growing under the skin so there is bacteria there.  If you can't get it yourself you might have to go to the doctors for them to get it.  Try having a hot bath tonight to open the pours and then try pulling it out.x

sorry, didn't answer you question.  No, they won't go away on their own.  You'll have to pull them out.
I wouldn't go mucking about with these spots unless you know for sure what they are. They might be small cysts, in which case squeezing them isn't going to do you any good, and they could become infected. Ingrown hairs are usually sore and you can see the hair under the skin. Get your doctor or the practice nurse to check them out.

I had some lumps and freaked myself out so went to the docs and they just said sometimes u get spots there like anywhere else - but go go go to the Doc's as they hopefully will be able to put ur mind at rest.

sounds like sebacious cysts to me- they never dissapear completely unless you have them removed, whatever you do don't pick them! see a doctor
