some of you may know i was feeling "chesty"
been taking sudofed- working well and breaking all the stuff in my chest up however im so nasal aswell... when im talking its all stuffy and when im eating i can hardly breathe lol...but my nose is clear...- when i blow alot comes out...bit of blood...anyhow...how else can i get rid of all the gunk...nothings coughing up its all sitting and no matter how much i blow my nose its still feeling so bunged!

Tinkerbell, Am wondering if you have some sort of allergy. It might be worth discussing this with your doctor.

hve often wonered if i have seasonal asthma. its hayfevr season and i am killed with hayfever!!...usually eyes worst!

Which is it?

The "stuff" that you blow down your nose...what colour is it...if any?

Do you feel well in yourself? temperature ?
tink, ask your pharmacist about a decongestant inhalation.
Hope you are going to see your GP. I wouldn't try any other remedies until you hve.

squad..sorry im as clear as mud...nose isnt running...or visibly blocked if i look up....but further up (sinus area?) i can feel it is blocked. can hardly breathe when eating!!! what comes out isnt lime green but greenish and often blood.. i do get warm slight temperature..feel sluggish and tired but thats nothing new..havent really picked up since tonsilitis!...thanks anne ...and lottie i may try to pop to open sugery tmorro if i can get up in time! terrble at getting up at moment x
