Feeling 'off' and head muzzy.

Still doing usual things but on waking I felt ill. I couldnt be bothered to chat to a friend I met and just wanted to be quiet. Ears felt thick and I was sure my heart was beating faster. More like myself now. What could it be?

I have hay fever and I often feel muzzy at the moment, the weather has been very close - it could be that, or you could be just under the weather.

I have been feeling like that all week, I also have a cold but I cannot be sure as the pollen count has been high, I can definitely identify with the fuzzy head though!
