i was told the same thing but i was not informed of any risks
I know a couple of people who have a tilted cervix and have had no problem having children. If you have been told that you will be ok then I really wouldn't worry about it, I don't think it is classed as anything serious. But to put your mind at rest you could ask for a second opinion.

I am a worrier, but i read onthe internet it can take longer to fall preg, I just really want chirldren thats why i am worrying. thanks for your advice,

I have a extremely tilted cervix.  It has made cervical smears very difficult and I always go to my doctor rather than the nurse as I have been advised to do so.

It did not make any difference to me getting pregnant, although I did have a caesarian.  I don't know whether this had anything to do with my tilted cervix though.

Don't worry.  The links given by Casey are good.

I have a retroverted uterus - presumably basically same thing.
I have 2 children.
It took 1 weekend to get pregnant with the 1st; and 3 months to get pregnant the 2nd time, ( and that was with a tiny baby acting as birth control)
I really wouldn't worry.
I think tilted cervic and retroverted uterus are the same.
I too have a retrovert uterus, I also have 4 kids with no trouble in conceiving.
I do have fun and games with the nurse when I go for a smear test. I have to arch my back , sit on my hands and lift my leg in the air against the wall etc etc to enable a smear to be taken. It's a pain but it's been the only real problem I've had.

All my kids were born normally although I had to be induced with every one of them at 42 weeks and I carried them all posterior position, whether this has anything to do with a retrovert uterus, I don't know.
It isn't uncommon and I really shouldn't worry.
a tilted cervix is a variant of normal , a bit like left handedness. There is no effect on fertility.
Yea - my two pennorth as well.  I'm told I have a tilted cervix and a smear is very fiddly.  But I conceived almost immediately (by mistake!) when I was 36 - and went on to have a second (on purpose) the first time I tried, at 40.
