Has anyone tried this?
It is based on the idea that any of three conditions-candida,food intolerance, or hypoglycemia-cause food cravings, and over eating.
There is an initial 'detox' of 5 days, and I think that fats and carbs are eaten separately.

It is similar to Dukan and Atkins...but not nearly as restrictive as they are.

<<<< Has anyone tried this?<<<

I guess that some "mug" sometime, somewhere, has tried it.
I guess that the only people to benefit from these "named" diets, in the long term, are the people who come up with the daft ideas.

I don't know about that...but an awful lot say it works for them.
Whether or not long-term, is another question.
Sorry for the cynical reply, pasta - but I'm a bloke who can eat ANYTHING and never put weight on!

*boooo...hisssssss * !!!!! ^^^^^^^

I should have known....lol
I've been reading about this and I must admit its starting to make sense to me - can't face the detox but have already started the food combining and its helping to a certain extent.

Sorry this is my favourite at the moment. Not recommended though.
I'm currently on the Walking Diet. It's simple enough to follow. You eat a moderate breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try to avoid sweets, crisps and the like. If you are going to snack, one thing a day, tops. And do a lot of walking.
That seems to be the most sensible one flobadob.

Same here,bushbaby........I've had a look on the forum on the website. There is a topic where members post what they've eaten....and you can tell they are all eating VERY well. I really need to do something to end the cravings I have....

ayg...I've never heard that..my stomach is hurting from laughing so much.....

And flobadob..I agree-walking is great...as long as my knees let me.
Guys - the diet plan is as much about sorting out health problems as it is about losing weight. Calories in minus exercise done is the easy bit. But if you have certain health problems this kind of diet can help you address them. For example if you have IBS or certain skin conditions. So its not all nonsense or preying on gullible folk!
