Is anyone else going to be alone New Year's Eve?

When I say alone I mean me and Little Tiggs. And Tigger and Blue of course........

OK so I'm going to be having a party with a baby and two cats!

I'm going to be having a party with my 3 grandchildren, daughter and the oldman....A party's a party. You'll have a great time and you can always come on here for some fireworks tigger xxx

(the old man goes to bed at 10 so that's one less already)

Oooo thanks Mazie :o) Can I bring Lt tiggs and the cats? Not keen on fireworks so I'll stay inside with some earplugs! Lol

Well my hubby is in hospital so I've offered to have my 2 year old granddaughter.

Well there you go tigger, with chrissa and her little one we are nearly at party force. we can have musical statues and everything..... There's always fireworks on this site tigger ;o)

I'd rather ignore the whole thing and go to bed at 11pm, but I'm not allowed to. Why must people make such a fuss of it all? Snuggle up in bed with a good book tigger. That can't be so bad, can it?

He's been in now just over a week but cos he was in over Xmas, doctors have just started to treat him. He needs an MRI scan but is claustrophobic, so gawd knows.

Can you have a Bah Humbug for New Year as well as Christmas? In spite of all the singing and shouting and general noise the next day seems to be pretty much the same as the day before, so why all the fuss? Especially when the ex-pat scots across the road come outside banging saucepan lids together and screaming about first-footing to the dark coloured chap next door who is not very amused at being disturbed.

I usually get invited somewhere for New Year's Naomi but this year my parents are going to be in Paris with my aunt, uncle and some cousins so I won't see anybody. I have got my faithful sudoku book to keep my company.

I'm sure there is room for New Year's Bah Humbug. At least I won't be attempting to sing Auld Langs Syne this year. Its always out of tune and I get the words mixed up.
