Can anyone recommend a good apetite suppressor for helping me lose weight

I looking for good appetite suppressor for helping me lose weight, if anyone could recommend one they have used and it helped them I would be very grateful.

No I don't it a filthy habit.
If their was one we would be all on it...
Agree poodi - I am trying to drink more water during the day, I often feel hungry when I am actually thirsty, apparently that is quite common.
Coffee works....

Other than that it's just speed or coke...but they are illegal and not recommended.
soft fruits (over-ripe) it just runs thru you, or live on raisins and few nuts.....test yourself after a week to see if it works for you.
I find that when I feel hungry between meals, that if I sip water it does help to get me through to meal times without eating things that I shouldn't..............

tambo, I can vouch for that one - I ate an over-ripe pineapple a couple of years ago, I list 5 lbs in 48 hours.....
it does help if you can swing from trees

I lost 5 lbs in two days just from drinking Fennel Tea. It has to be the organic stuff though as I've tried a popular brand in Tesco and it didn't work. You may be able to find it in a health food store. Basically, Fennel acts as an appetite suppressant and a metabolism booster. Definitely worth a try but I would swap all your other drinks for this to make sure you drink enough of it. Drink too much and you end up with hallucinations!

I have bought all brands of Hoodia - none of them worked. You need to go to the natives in South Africa where it is a "BIG SECRET" so nobody actually gets the real macoy.
I also have tried Hoodia, did nothing but make a hole in my purse. x

smoking cannot be that good, I see a lot of fat smokers
eat more protein, its filling and less bloating than breads and cakes
Hah! The holy grail of us well-rounded types. The nearest I came to finding a solution was when i did some painting in a small badly-ventilated room recently. Didn't feel like eating for a day afterwards, but the downside was the hallucinations and nausea. Don't try it.
Seriously though, I think a good engrossing activity that occupies your mind and body is the best. the worst is doing nothing and trying not to think what's in the kitchen.
Get my Ma-in-Law to cook for you.
