Hi, does anyone have any idea why i might have mild period like pains and breast tenderness 16 days after the first day of my last period? My temperatures been going a bit nuts too and am also pretty tired! any suggestions welcome!

thanx jackthehat. I had wondered if it was ovulation but i've never experienced it this severe before. implantation crossed my mind but i'm too early for that i think. not sure! my cycle can be anything between 24-32 days so its hard to be exact when figuring things like this out!
