My partner has a level 2 athletics coaching qualification - what does this mean he can coach?
He tells me he can coach boxercise, circuit training etc but I'm not so sure, he has been a running coach for 6 yrs and the running club put him in for the qualification - now he thinks he can coach other sports and wants to set up fitness classes - is he right?
Is there not specialised instructor courses that need to be completed for other sports?
