Forgive my stupidity, but, isn't Handel's Sarabande a Harpsichord suite; I can't hear any harpsichord in the advert, in fact, all I can hear is strings, so will someone please help me out here!?

Handel's Sarabande is a harpsichord piece, and a lot harsher than the one in the advert. This is an orchestral work and was used in Kubrick's "Barry Lyndon". It is available as an MP3 on the net, if you search for 'Barry Lyndon Sarabande' - try Lyndon without the first 'n' as well.
