We are expecting our second child in november and after giving my wife an eternity ring for the birth of our first child, I am stuck for ideas for our second - HELP PLZ !

how about a locket to put in photos of both children?

one of the ladies on this site had a gorgeous necklace made with the fingerprint of her little one on it.

But i have to say that "me time" was the best gift my fella gave me on the birth of our second. Its hard work with 2 little ones and just to have someone take over whilst must has a lay in or a long soak in bath is lovely.

How about a charm bracelet with one or two appropriate charms already on it. This also makes it very easy to buy gifts in the future!

That's lovely woodchopper.
After having our first child, my husband gave me a diamond and emerald necklace.
When the second child was born, he gave me the earrings to match.
Depending on what stones are in the eternity ring, perhaps you could also find some earrings to match it?
Then - as redcrx says (hi red!) - some "me time" for the mum'd be very much appreciated. : )
