At the gym this morning, someone showed me a fantastic variation on the Low Cable Kickback.

It's really good. I've had an amazing butt pump this morning.

You need a pair of these ...

But if you're serious about working your butt, you should already have a pair.

So ... attach the straps to the cables at the bottom. Stand facing the machine. Then (one leg at a time), strap your ankles to the OPPOSITE cables ... and kick back.

As you pull, you have to pull your leg across and under your body, and out behind you at an angle.

If you do these at the end of your bum routine, your arse will be on fire !!!

Plus, because it's done on a cable machine, you can keep going and going, reducing the weight, until your butt is seriously blasted.

The only thing is ... you might not be able to sit down for a while, LOL.

But this is a seriously good bum toner.

I've added it to my list.
