I don't eat dairy products and I'm worried that I'm more likely to get osteoporosis. What can i do now to prevent it?

The best course would be to consult with your GP and get a referral to a dietician to balance your calcium intake. There are many calcium containing non dairy foods, but except for the meat derived ones they tend to be difficult for your body to absorb. Supplements can help, but really if you are concerned then a wellwoman clinic or a dietician is the most sensible approach.
