I was searching the site for something totally unrelated and noticed that height pops up in various categories and for various reasons.

Anyone who is unusually tall should check out the Tall Persons Club. The Club publishes a great deal of useful practical and medical information, as well as holding some terrific social events.

the site is at TallClub.co.uk

how tall are you then, Wordy?

6' 7" and a bit
Hi Word- Smith,

25 seems a little steep for membership. I was interested initially as the site says it offers discount on clothing etc. It only offers 2 companies however for mens clothing and shoes and the clothing range sizes are not wide rangeing enough nor the clothing on offer :( They could expand considerably on this, as footwear and suits are a nightmare to find on the high street.

I use Walk Tall for footwear for mr Lux (6ft4 size 13 feet) and I use Suits Men for all his suits and shirts. Rael Brook being the only company I've found to fit his shoulders lol

Still, thanks for the pointer, always worth a look.

You obviously haven't seen the directory and its contents. I can buy casual trousers and jeans for about 25 a pair now. Shirts that actually fit for less than 20, and have a much wide choice of shoes than ever before. With those prices, who needs more discounts?

You would save more than the 25 membership in cheaper and more accessible clothing. Thinking about it, a round of drinks in most London pubs will cost you that much

Mind you, at 6' 4", he is on the verge of standard sizes anyway, so its less hassle for you.
