Ears popping

Last couple of days.
I havent done anything different from the normal.
Can any one tell me why this is ?

Perhaps you have or have had, a cold OR perhaps you have a build up of was in your ears.

I havent had a proper cold just a couple sneezes and abit of a runny nose and eyes watering in the cold.

Well, I would guess that you have some fluid in your middle ears. Now and again, just nip your nose and force air through it, which should drain the fluid down the Eustachian tube.

Could be a cold brewing.

Yawning can be good as well as less harsh on your system than blowing your nose.
