My little finger

Believe it or not this is not a joke,my little finger on my left hand keeps going numb,almost like pins and needles.I thought that maybe its because im on the computer and my left wrist is at an angle pressed into the table. Previously thought that maybe its because the angle of the wrist cut off the blood,but this has happened randomly when i was,nt near the computer! Has anyone got a clue what could be causing this?
