im currently on a diet and is aiming to lose around 1-2 lbs a week, i want to start a exercise plan aswell to tone up and aid fat reduction as well as being fit and healthy. I dont have the time to go to a gym as i have 2 small children and the gyms i have checked out dont have a creche facility, therefor i am looking for an exercise plan i could do at home. I really want to target my hips, thighs waist and my bingo wings! Any suggestions?
