A tilted or retroverted womb is very common,it can cause problems in conceiving a baby as the sperm has trouble entering the cervix because of the position of it.If you do have a baby you may suffer your labour pains in your back but it shouldn't cause any actual back trouble. All the women in my family have retrovered wombs and we are all fine.My doctor said the most likely way to conceive with this condition is to have sex in the spoons or doggy position :-)
Not a problem loads of women have tilted wombs including me when i had a womb lol,i went on to have children with no problems!!!!!
