The discharge sounds normal. The spots are probably caused by something you are using on your skin.
If you are worried, go and see your GP or practise nurse.

Yes, the discarge is perfectly normal. If it is ever discoloured or smells strongly you should see your GP but white and odourless is healthy.

As for the spots, use nothing in the effected area but a good quality unscented soap, such as Simple, for a couple of weeks and see if it improves
Could be irritated hair follicles if you've been shaving.

Could you try trimming instead round your delicate areas?

For your legs, either get a wax or make sure you use a good quality razor and make sure they are thoroughly wet and preferably warm, best way to to use a gentle exfoliator (eg scrub or massage sponge) on them in a hot shower or bath before using a good shaving product and decent razor.

As for the discharge, it is normal before your period providing there are no other symptoms like itching which could indicate a yeast infection.

Make sure you don't irritate the spots, especially if pussy, use an antibacterial/ph balanced shower gel like Carex or Sanex and keep the area very clean and avoid tight clothes or tights which can make them sweat.

Get it checked out though as things like that can be a sign of conditions like PCOS, diabetes, hidradenitis suppurativa.
Sorry, the last paragraph related to the spots more than the discharge.
