I have been taking this for about 3 weeks and haven't noticed any change when I'm excercising. Can anyone recommend anything else to try? I need all the help I can get - especially with my running {see question below!!} - any tips to improve my run-time? When I do really push myself I get either stitch, burning pain in my throat..or a pain in my side which kills {and lasts days!!}.
Thanks.

I cycle creatine for 6 weeks on and one week off. I mainly notice the 'volumised' effect it gives your muscles due to drawing more water into them. I also notice a slight performance increase when weight training, but at the end of the day Creatine is just a supplement, not a wonder drug that will transform you from zero to hero in any way. You should only be using Creatine to help transfer energy into your muscles and aid recovery in conjunction with a decent diet plan.
