whats wrong?

i have recently got in a fight and now the bottom of my palm is bruised blue and purple and really hurts to move the side and my last 2 fingers.it is also swollen and cant put that much pressure on it.Is something in my hand sprained bruised broken?

well the only way to find that out would be to have an xray. You could either wait hours in A&E or phone NHS direct 0845 4647 and they will tell you if there is a walk in centre or something that shouldn't take as long as waiting in A&E
