The weather plays a big role in arthritic conditions .I know how you feel ! Research has shown no definite link, but there are indications that pressure changes in the atmosphere may affect the joints. Also that warmth can release muscle tension and ease pain. I loathe the damp weather and we live on the coast and it's always damp in the winter ...I love it when some hot weather rolls around .

I always look at Accuweather every day for the forecast. They have an arthritis index .And it usually correct !

thanks a lot for that ,
I'm an achey 'algia' person & changes in air pressure crease me & I get terrible headaches too just as an added extra.
Every single person I know with arthritis & associated conditions - & it's a fair few - are affected by the weather.
I'm just off to nuke my heat pad!
