Hi bigmamma - Nothing comes to mind, I'll have to think! I was never a cuddly toy girl. How are you mamma xx
Hi bigmamma how are you?

I've still got my teddy bear, that was my dad's when he was litte, it's very tatty but still dearly loved.
I also have my 'Tiny Tears' which is in perfect condition as I didn't like having to change her nappies, so never really played with her. Think she's worth a few bob now, but I'd never part with her.

Hi Bigmamma :o)

I have the teddy bear which was the first present my stepfather ever bought me. HIs name is Pooh (I know..unoriginal!) and although his feet are threadbare he still has lovely inquisitive eyes *sigh*

I also have a doll which poured tea. Her hair has been cut into a mullet (I must have hated her when I was 13) but I can't get rid of her!
of course i have my teddy bear and a fair few books, still have my christening gifts of course and my very first jewellery box which is in tatters now but still has the little ballerina and music works
hi bigmamma

i still have my toy dog given to me when i was born, his names humphrey and he lives in the cat basket now, oh and some books i loved as a kid and can''t bear to throw out.

Hi pippa and janetsflower , teddy pooh pippa , how cute.
Teddies seem to be kept with love don't they , even when they are threadbare.

Have you saved anything mamma?

I have 2 dolls , one baby doll , with an abnormal amount of curly rooted hair , from aged 5 , and a walking doll from when I was around 7 . Apart from that , I reckon there being brothers in the family there wasn't anything else as most of it got broken or buried in the garden ! :-) x

Hiya BM

I have a little marrionette thing, that plays "when Irish Eyes Are Smiling" from my dad from when I was about 5. The poor thing is missing a hand and she really struggles to turn round- bless her- when wound up, but I want part with it, despite Mini Boo's constant beggings.
i have a book Alice through the looking glass by lewis carroll. (never read it though).

They are quite rare now and I took it to be valued a couple of years ago and was told I'd get the handsome sum of 7 if I was to sell it
